Maryland Department of Health Awards HRS Health Disparities Plan Contract

Washington – Health Resource Solutions, Inc. (HRS) was recently selected to develop the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s statewide plan to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities the department’s Office of Minority Health and Disparities announced.

The report will document and describe state of the art information, and best-practices utilized around the nation to reduce and eliminate discrepancy among minorities. The Maryland plan will serve as a model program for states to develop their own programs thereafter.
